Service Description

Welcome to your Mums & Bubs Pilates Class, where you'll join a community of like-minded mothers led by a nurturing and knowledgeable instructor dedicated to guiding you through your fitness journey. Each session is thoughtfully themed, providing essential insights into postpartum recovery while offering varying levels of challenge to keep you engaged and progressing. At the heart of our program are the core elements of pelvic floor and abdominal recovery, foundational to every postpartum journey. In our intimate Pilates sessions, we meet you wherever you are in your journey and support your progression to the next level. With an array of variations and progressions tailored to all levels, whether you're 6 weeks or 5 months postpartum, we ensure a customised experience for every participant. For our Mums & Bubs class, we recommend that babies are not yet crawling. Beyond this stage, we encourage mothers to transition to our dedicated postnatal classes, where they can fully focus on their training while leaving their active little ones in trusted care at home. Join us as we embark on this empowering journey together, prioritising both your physical well-being and the joy of bonding with your baby in a supportive environment.
