About Me

Hi, I’m Bianca.
As a mother of two young boys, founder of Femme Pilates, and birth doula, I’m deeply passionate about supporting women through the transformative journey of motherhood — and beyond. Femme Pilates was created from my own experiences through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and a desire to offer women a space where they feel truly supported, informed, and empowered. A space where movement becomes a way to reconnect with your body, rather than feel disconnected from it.
At Femme Pilates, my work is centred around women’s health, with a strong focus on prenatal and postnatal care. I offer private sessions and intimate group classes designed to support strength, mobility, recovery, and confidence — always adapted to the stage of life you’re in.
While much of my work supports women through pregnancy and postpartum, I also work with women across all stages of life — including injury recovery, chronic pain, bone health, and specialised corrective programming.
With extensive training through STOTT PILATES and years of experience teaching across Sydney — including within women’s health physiotherapy clinics — I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to support the female body with care, precision, and intention.

This allows me to create sessions that are not only effective, but safe, supportive, and tailored to you.
Alongside Pilates, my work as a birth doula allows me to support women through pregnancy, labour, and the early postpartum period in a deeply continuous way. I provide emotional, physical, and informational support — helping you feel prepared, grounded, and confident as you move through your birth experience. Having experienced the support of a doula myself, I know how powerful it is to have someone by your side who truly understands, believes in you, and holds space for you.
