Service Description
Blending my work as a doula and women’s health Pilates specialist, this offering supports you both emotionally and physically throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum — helping you feel informed, prepared, and confident in your body every step of the way. Together, we prepare for your birth with guidance and education around your choices, while also supporting your body through targeted Pilates sessions — creating a balance of strength and flexibility to prepare your body for birth in a way that feels safe and empowering. After birth, this support continues — both practically and physically. I’m there to guide you through recovery, support you with feeding and early newborn rhythms, and help you gently reconnect with your body through core and pelvic floor work. This includes: - Everything included in Birth Doula Support (two prenatal preparation sessions of 2.5 hours each, evidence-based guidance, continuous support throughout labour and birth, partner support and guidance, immediate postpartum support - up to 2 hours after birth) - Two prenatal Pilates sessions (45 minutes each), focused on building strength and flexibility for birth - Guidance and education around your birth choices - Postpartum recovery guidance, including support with feeding and settling - Two postpartum Pilates sessions focused on core and pelvic floor reconnection (45 minutes each)
