Service Description

I support you in preparing for birth in a way that feels clear, grounded, and never overwhelming. During labour, I’m by your side — offering steady physical, emotional, and practical support, while also guiding your partner so you can move through birth feeling supported as a team. This includes: - Two prenatal preparation sessions (2.5 hours each) - Evidence-based guidance - Continuous support throughout labour and birth - Partner support and guidance - Immediate postpartum support (up to 2 hours after birth)
