Service Description
Those early weeks with your baby can be beautiful, intense, and often more demanding than expected. Feeding, sleep, and the constant needs of a newborn — all while you’re recovering and adjusting — can quickly feel overwhelming, especially when sleep is limited and your partner returns to work. You don’t have to navigate this on your own. I come to you for dedicated support sessions (a minimum of 3 hours, planned together), so you can truly settle, rest, and receive the help you need — something you can look forward to each week. This is what postpartum doula support is all about: having a caring, familiar presence by your side — someone who offers practical help, a listening ear, and lifts you up so you can keep going. I’m there to support you in a way that feels calm, steady, and nourishing — helping you find your rhythm, care for your baby with more confidence, and feel supported through this transition. This can look like: - Newborn care guidance and support - Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, or combination) - Gentle guidance around sleep and settling - Holding baby so you can rest or shower - Light meal preparation or nourishing snacks - Emotional support and space to talk through your experience - Light household support to ease your load (such as dishes, laundry, and tidying)
